Great husband and wife practice. They are very friendly, and informative. I like it when you go to a doctor or dentist and they actually tell you what they are doing, or what this that, and the other tool(s) are used for. Also I had an appointment to have a filling redone and actually spaced come my 4:30 appointment time. I rushed to the office and was 20 minutes late. Providence Family Dental is amazing! I'm a well known chicken in the dentistry field and they treated me with kid gloves. I have now graduated from being scared to death, to trusting them and don't even require gas, lol. They have performed a root canal, a crown and teeth cleaning. I can highly recommend them. Caring, prompt and the staff is wonderful.
Bright, clean office with friendly staff. Dr. Persaud was efficient but took time to answer my questions. One of the better experiences I've had at a dentist's office in years!
I made an appointment specifically asking for a full x-ray for my wisdom teeth and a referral for a periodontist for gum recession. Neither issue was addressed, and when asked, I was told "we'll worry about a full x-ray next visit". They tried to convince me I had TEN cavities that needed filling. Got a 2nd opinion, and turns out I only have 1. Would not recommend.
I scheduled an appointment online and received a confirmation email directly from their website. When I showed up, I was informed that they had noticed that I had scheduled an appointment. However, there were none actually available for that time. No effort was made to actually notify me of that error. A simple email could have been composed in a few seconds.
