I was eating popcorn & had a tooth split in half on a Tuesday evening,I called for an appointment to have it attended to. They got me right in & the Dr. put a temporary fix on the tooth. It just happened that I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned & an appointment opened up early the next morning right after the teeth cleaning to complete the treatment & have a crown fitted. The cleaning I received today was very gentle, very little discomfort. Great Job Amy. The rest of the staff is very nice and professional. I would recommend this dental office to my associates.
Being a tourist from Austria, I had a problem with toothache. I was attended to within 15 minutes, x-rayed and walked out with a prescription for antibiotics! Absolutely fantastic!
Love everyone at this practice. Everyone is always so kind and professional. And I do have to say the best part is that my appointments always start on time. I am never left waiting, they are so considerate!
I had a tooth that began to hurt badly just prior to Friday. Most dentist offices are closed early or not open on Fridays. So I called Providence Dentals number & left a message. On Monday morning around 8:20 am I received a call from the office to come in shortly after 10 am. I really appreciate the amount of care Dr. Mayo provides when I have to have major work done. She explains whats going on throughout the process and takes the time during the process to ask if I'm okay. It really calms me. She's a great medical professional and I highly recommend Providence Dental especially, if you have a hard time visiting the dentist.
I emailed them last night needing to have my tooth looked at really quickly. Before I could check my email for a response around the time that I knew they opened, I was already getting a phone call to come in. I’m always able to get in and out on time. The staff is always very friendly.
I started coming here about a year ago & now I have brought my whole family along. The staff is always polite, welcoming & very thorough. My visit are always in and out no longer than they need to be. Hands down they get my vote PFD is where it’s at, I always walk away satisfied & everything is addressed accordingly to my dental needs.
