I've gotten in either on-time or early for every appointment, and care has always been first-rate from every member of the staff. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better place to get your dental care.
I like coming here, because as a business they are friendly, professional, and do excellent work--I have never had ongoing issues or pain after the fact. As an office staff, I feel like they care about me as a person, and I never feel like I'm just another client. When I moved to Huntsville two years ago, I didn't know anyone, or especially where to go for dental work. I initially called Providence Family Dental because they were close by, but I feel like I got really lucky finding them, and I would recommend them to anyone.
Both dentist are so gentle and amazing that I would recommend them to anyone! Even my 7 year old doesn't want to see anyone else! The hygienists as well as the receptionist are fabulous as well!!! Go see them!!!
I chipped a front tooth with less then 2 weeks before my daughters wedding, they took me in and repaired my issue to perhaps better then it looked before the incident. Afterwards, they slotted me in for a cleaning to get me squared away for the upcoming wedding event. Even as their schedule was crowded, they created a path to tend to my situation, they kept me reassured and stress free. Thanks so much to the Dr and Staff.
Providence Family Dental has taken care of all of my dental needs for over 3 years now. I have moved a lot in my life and seen many dentists and dental offices. NONE of the other offices can even touch the quality and kindness that Providence Family Dental has demonstrated consistently over these last few years. If you are searching for a dental home, STOP! I've been coming to Providence Family Dentist for over two years. The staff is always friendly, courteous, greets everyone when they arrive, and wishes them well when they leave. The office and equipment are always clean. Never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment and I receive regular reminders for upcoming appointments.
