Scott and Adele make a nice team. I bought a home from them and I was about to walk away since the loan process was too long; however, Adele push it through and I got the house. They also keep track of things like who they use for well water and sewage inspection. If you need information, they will find it for you.

I cannot say enough good things about Scott, Adele and their entire team. Every single person I had any interaction with at Tucker and associates was helpful and responsive. The property took longer to sell than we expected but Scott and his team were there every step of the way and in many cases going above and beyond to. Tucker & Associates is a wonderful realty company. In 2017 they sold two houses for us in a much shorter period of time than we had expected, & the houses weren't the easiest to sell. One was partly finished & the other was in a little-known gated community in a semi-rural area. The sale price Scott suggested for each was fair. The descriptions in the listings were precise -- not full of "fluff" -- & the photographs were excellent.
