We’ve been to Provision now 4 times and it is still the BEST meals I’ve ever had in the 4 years of living in Indy! Such a beautiful atmosphere, great staff, delicious cocktails and oh-my.... the lamb chops, Waygu ribeye and the lobster special was to die for! It’s a MUST to go to Provision if you haven’t been yet!
This place was highly anticipated and it mostly delivered. We went with two other couples for our first visit last Wednesday 12/20/2017. To start, we sampled the broiled oysters, steakhouse tartare, king crab toast and lobster dumplings. All were very good, though the king crab toast is painfully overpriced, especially when the lobster dumplings were better and a comparative bargain. The tartare was a delight. The menu is fabulous and the decor breathtaking. The restaurant access needs to be more clearly marked that an elevator option is available via the hotel lobby. The culinary experience is truly noteworthy. The noise level is excessive due to interior design. Difficult to carry on a normal decibel conversation. Loved the food. Disliked the noise volume.
The food, drinks, service and unique atmosphere were all outstanding. We would definitely go back.
