Provisions is my husband's favorite restaurant. He started with the Shrimp Bisque-it was delicious. I had the charred romaine lettuce salad-smaller than normal but just as tasty! I had the rack of lamb-cooked perfectly. My husband had a steak- also perfectly cooked. ( although he really wanted Elk that is sometimes on the menu) We shared the charred shrimp. yummy! Provision absolutely delivered an amazing culinary experience. Thank you to our server Andrew who made great recommendations and let us try the tasting menu dessert, wow, what a treat! The food was inventive and exciting and definitely surpassed my expectations. I can’t wait to invite my friends to this restaurant and we will definitely come back again!

A bit too noisy. Need to shout to communicate. But food was fantastic and service was excellent too.

My husband and I recently experienced the Chefs tasting menu as a special occasion meal. We've experienced a few of these before and were excited to try one at Provision. The food and service started out strong with the food and wine pairings coming out together as they should, while the food remained amazing, by the end of the 6 course meal the food and wine pairings came out at such different times they weren't able to be enjoyed together, diminishing the experience.

Most perfectly prepared filet I've ever had! The scallops were great, too!

We shared the tuna tartare app. We enjoyed it. My wife’s Lamb was superb. She absolutely loved it and I was impressed as well. The giant Tater Totes are a bust. Over cooked. Dark brown in color. I had the Wagu Bolognese over pappardelle. No depth of flavor. Hamburger in red sauce. Kind of tasted like sloppy joe over pasta. The Wagu was wasted on this dish. May I suggest a slow cooked Lamb Ragu over pappardelle. It would be a hit. Bring back the Wagu Dumplings. We absolutely loved them.
