Our service was excellent which was refreshing considering the current situation with staffing at other restaurants. Lisa was attentive yet not overbearing. We were able to relax & visit and get served quickly. She was informative about the menu and gave excellent recommendations. We had the wagyu dumplings & charred shrimp as appetizers. We had an unexpected date night without kids and decided to splurge and try Provision for the first time. I had the tasting menu (Thai lobster soup, scallop, mushroom Raghu, veal, elk, & doughnut) and my husband had the chef platter (pork belly, venison chops, and scallops with risotto). I had the tasting menu and it was well worth it. Probably my favorite place to eat near Carmel.
