We visited Provision for my husband's birthday. The atmosphere was elegant, but comfortable. The food was all fantastic. Our meal started with a salmon mousse amuse bouche which was delightful. Our server, Todd, was very hospitable, extremely knowledgeable about the menu and made wonderful recommendations. We thought our service was great, but they hold themselves to very high standards and before we realized we had waited what they consider too long for our appetizer, they comped it which was completely unnecessary but... read more
