It’s gone down hill but still nice, to a pricey for the food
I've been to Provisions several times on business but this was my first time going with family. We made reservations at 6:15 for my son's birthday celebration dinner. Once we arrived I asked to have our table moved to another and was met with "we have a lot of reservations etc.." they finally did it but with a great deal of hesitation. As somebody in the sales and customer experience with a large company, it's always a big turnoff to hear how you're inconveniencing the vendor with your business.
