Third time dining here. This time was Friday night dinner for 2 at 7pm. Was part of a staycation in the attached Ironworks Hotel. I had Oscar-style NY strip. Thoughtful seasoning on every course. Attentive server. Will return when warm enough to sit on the outdoor deck.
We love Cunningham restaurants and have been at Provision before. This was a disappointing experience. The hostesses were kind of surly and not friendly at all. The waiter rushed us to order and tried to pick up my plate before I was done. The waiter was in a big hurry to be finished with us, it appeared. Our entrees came quickly but were not as up to par as we expected : both fish orders. We left feeling disappointed by the service and the quality.
Great service, great menu, nice wine list, great ambiance. A favorite of ours
