I loved their friendly smiles and amazing customer service! My experience with them the past year was great! They made sure everything was cleaned and set up when I moved in ! Also made sure I was satisfied throughout my time with them! I would definitely recommend.

Been living here for 2 years now and already re-signed for next year. I love the property and how close it is to campus. Definitely would recommend.

As this is review is just after signing, 30 mins or so, Im giving 5 stars. Lease signing was so easy, from the application, online, and the lease review and signing online, made the process super easy. No upfront fees, on top of parking fees and application fees being waived. So far so good. Thanks you Madison. Responses were quick, both emails and phones. My son is ready to move in Aug 13th.

My daughter lived her for a whole year and I’m truly disappointed in what it had to offer. My daughter was constantly stressed about her horrible living conditions and as a mother that makes me feel just horrible. She had constant issues with pest and bugs like cockroaches, in which case they never did tried to solve the issue despite her putting in multiple complaints. Great location, but theres always trash and dog poop/pee in the stairwells and hallways. They cut every corner financially when building the place and charge an absurd amount of $. Awful management and resident service as well.

As a former business owner it takes a lot for me to leave negative reviews. I don't believe in hurting a businesses rating over small complications... but I can say with great confidence that this company could care less about their customers. They seem to care more for their reputation in the student housing industry above all else. Wish I could give no stars. My daughter was one of the first to sign a lease. Despite being told all the bedrooms “are the same square footage” they are not. Her room is so small that the 4 pieces of furniture provided to her can’t fit in her room so some pieces are under the bed and in the living room. BUT she pays the same rate has her roommates who have bigger rooms (and bathrooms) Seems unfair. Multiple calls and emails have gone in answered. Horrible. Building is unsafe, not complete, roaches, poorly managed, nobody ever answers your calls or emails, parking garage very small and hard to get two cars to pass each other, cheaply made, give you prices and then raise them. DO NOT RENT HERE!
