I had to take my companion kitty to the vet and my local vet wasn’t able to get her in for a couple of weeks. I called Pruyn and was able to be seen that day! Even though I wasn’t able to go in with my little girl due to COVID restrictions the staff was so kind, compassionate, and efficient. The doctor stayed in touch with me by phone to advise me of what was happening and the steps needed to best serve the needs of my kitty. And I got a follow up call the next day. Great service. I highly recommend Pruyn. My fur baby had gone missing for 2 weeks. He has medical issues. When he showed up, I called our normal vet. I explained the situation and my concerns. My vet that knows what's up, showed absolutely no concern or urgency. They told me they couldn't get him in till 4days later and to look for another vet that might take him in. Everytime we have had to bring our dog in, whether it was vaccines or illness, Pruyn Veterinarians were thorough and absolutely caring. The most recent visit was because our dog Cooper was very ill. We had no idea why and between Covid-19 and it being late things were crazy. But after a day of fluids, blood work, xrays we finally got an answer.
