Second opinion I needed a 2nd opinion on work recommended by the VetAdmin. Dr. Tibbs concurred wit the VA findings; I immediately visited the periodontal offices of Dr. Peavy to initiate the work to handle a connective tissue issue (with grafting possibilities).
