The staff is friendly and polite. Dr. Tibbs seemed to be in a mood during my appointment. I was not my usual self either due to lack of sleep with a sick baby. He was short and snappy with me when I got upset about the shots and the pain I was in due to the 2 fillings I was getting. He gave a second shot that wasn't necessary but "helped his blood pressure go down." Apparently we were stressing each other out... I was seen for an emergency visit. I did not wait long at all, the staff was so polite and knowledgable. Dr. Tibbs is amazing. I highly reccomend him as well as his entire staff if you are looking for a dentist. Dr. Tibbs really listens to you and your concerns and then takes the time to explain options for treatment. While both he and his assistant are completing work, they make the atmosphere relaxing and explain everything they are doing. Best dental experience I have had. Thanks Dr. Tibbs!
As always my dental work was completed quickly (even though it was a long repair). I appreciate the fact that Dr. Tibbs is always willing to go back and "fine tune" little edges. My smile is back thanks to the Doc and his delightful assistant, Elena. It's worth going in just to chat and interact with her. She is a definite additive to the practice.
