LOVE it! With two young boys in our household we desperately needed this. I labeled a TON (almost a full school year worth of items) with the sample ribbon the machine came with before I even needed to order a full size replacement ribbon!! I wish it would allow me to not use so much extra label length before and after, but fir a starter label maker, it has served a huge need!
Highly recommended and easy to use! This is the second Brother P-Touch labeler our family owns. We still have our old one because it does the wider labels. I am a cardmaker/papercrafter and use it at least once a week to keep my stash labeled and organized. I would be LOST without it. It's very easy to use and doesn't take up a lot of space. If you plan on using it a lot I recommend you also buy the T-Power® AC Adapter to go with it so you don't have to bother with batteries.
Four Stars Good deal
Fun and easy to use We purchased this label maker to organize our homeschool and home based business. It is very simple to setup and fun to use! Would have been nice if batteries had been included with it, but we survived. The sample ribbon cartridge lasts for a long time and we appreciated that!

Four Stars It is hard to set the size of the type and length of the label.
Works well, but wastes too much tape Great label maker. Easy to use. The reason for a 3 star review instead of 5 is that is wastes too much tape on either end of what is printed. The cynic in me believes it is designed that way to force you to buy more tape, more often, and the tape isn't cheap.
Excellent By and large, this is an excellent label maker. It functions as you would hope it would. It has numerous customization options that make it more thrilling, and personally I love anything that aims to increase organization. With the PT-D200, you’re able to go from printing a very plain label to a very decorative label if you like.
