Works perfectly for me I just broke my P-touch label maker that I've had for about 15 years by accidentally dropping it while dusting my desk. It still works but I had to hold it together to get the label to print and knew I had to purchase another one. I know it's a great brand so bought this one as a replacement. Since I use this same type at work, I bought it because I already know how to use it.
