A very nice label printer with the usual caveats Quick summary of my experience: The qwerty layout is great. The menus are a bit cumbersome but I quickly learned where the most important "font select" and "frame" options are. The icon menus are good but the icons themselves tend to be illegible at more than 24" distance anyway, so it's again largely a moot point. Print is clear and legible, and the font options are good. Tons of options! I've had label makers before, but none had this many options! I love that you can change the font as well as the font size, you can add a frame (there's a TON to choose from) and a graphic. And though they don't tell you, you can use the new printable ribbon. The ribbon is advertised as for the new Embellish machine, but it will work on any of the Brother label makers that take that size. The only difference is how long the ribbon can be. Bought as a gift and wanted one myself. There are a ton of designs, fonts, and 3 size options. Worth the money and a bit addictive.

Batteries needed, power supply separate I love labeling things. I feel so organized! This is perfect for that. Buy the power supply unless you have rechargeable batteries.
