Big Improvement I had another p-touch that I bought at Staples 5-10 years ago. This model has so many more features and settings.
P-touch PT-D400 I really like my new brothers p touch pt-d400. I would recommend it to my friends.
Great label maker. easy to set up and load. Makes great labels and is easy to use. I got this on sale at Staples and for the money this is an outstanding deal. It comes with a starter tape that is shorter than if you buy a replacement tape, but it will last me a while. Easy to load - you just need to pop in 6 AA batteries. Only downside is the high cost of replacement tapes.
Good Features I've used a lot of labelers working with wiring. This is a good general use labeler that won't break the bank. This runs on AA's which is better than AAA. Good fonts choices and it doesn't waste a lot of tape. But I'd really like to see Brother include a wall adapter, make it so there is no extra to cut off, and include a better sequence label function.

Works very well. Easy to change fonts. We got this for our office. It is user friendly and because you can easily change the fonts you are able to quickly go from one size label to another depending on your need.
Pleasantly surprised I only bought it because I needed a white on black label printer. But this label maker is really full of extras. And the labels stick much better than I am accustomed to. Wow!
