Great label maker! I received a brand new never opened unit and not a used or refurbished one as some reviewers have indicated. This was my first time using a label maker and I find this one to be pretty user friendly. At first, I noticed that unit was adding about one inch of tape at the beginning & end of each label. Does not take older tapes. My old Brother labeler broke. So I bought a new one from Brother. I have many tapes but the new labeler doesn't take the tapes I have.
great label maker I've been Ptouch printers for years - I would not ahve needed a new one if Windows 10 had supported my old one. Based on my experience with my old one (bought in 2003) I bought this one and am not disapointed.
Reliable and easy use product Been using these Brother type printers for years. Always quality products. Ease to navigate and use. Only draw back is A/C cords always stop working after awhile
