Absolutely love it!! This is the best thing since sliced bread. Super easy to use the app. I’m not techy, I can run it without ant problems. Way easier than the old hand held ones. We actually have 2 of them now. A must buy!!

Not too shabby Product works great and I love the Bluetooth connection to the phone. After my third cassette of tape the printer starts to have a faded ink about 30% of the time. If the manufacturer or seller is seeing this review could you please contact me to assess that situation, thank you
