Came in for a warranty service on my 2025 Elantra N and was taken care of in a timely fashion. This dealership offers a shuttle service that is complimentary and very convenient.

I had a great experience with Puente Hills Hyundai during my 16k oil change service. Joey Q, my service advisor, was a pleasure to work with—friendly, efficient, and understanding. While he offered additional services at high prices, he was transparent and didn’t pressure me into anything. The waiting lounge was excellent—spacious, clean, and well stocked with danishes, power bars, hot drinks (coffee, hot chocolate), and cold bottled water. Everyone at Puente Hills Hyundai was courteous. Sabrina our Sales Representative was very, very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. I thought I did my homework on the vehicle we purchased, I guess not. Sabrina pointed out several features I didn't know about. Becuase of her knowledge she sold me on the vehicle I am proud to drive.
