Rui was absolutely fantastic! He helped me out with my issue in a professional and courteous manner and I was in and out of there with my problem solved in a very timely manner - highly recommend!!
The check-in rep. & Svc &Customer svc. reps. were courteous to me & informative. I was updated on my vehicle while it was being serviced.
The waiting time can be long, but the people working at the service center are friendly and polite to me.
