Service staff is nice. Joey Quintero was courteous during intake and completion. This was follow-up appt to install an ordered part. Initially was told on Oct 15 part would be in either Friday or Monday (17th or 20th) and I would be called. I never received a call. This part/kit was to address the noisy or rattling rear hatch of my 2024 Ioniq 5. I called a week later, Oct 22, it was after hours, so obviously no one answered. I came for installation of tow hitch, pre arrange through the dealership's website. When I came with the printed pricing, the service advisor told me right away that he wouldn't be able to give it to me at that price. Didn't even bother to check or to investigate what happened. He said no right away, did not go an extra mile to find out what he may be able to do or bother to explain why he can't honor that advertised pricing.
