I appreciated Robert's customer service abilities. He did not pressure or intimidated me. I enjoyed my experience there and if the dealership was closer to my home I would make it my service dealer. Robert is knowledgeable, professional and attentive. He needs to be recognized for a great job!
No pressure from salesmen and very accommodating. Purchase process fast and easy. Approval also quick. Drove the car home same day.

No one was in car greeting area at 10:30am went into service area felt alone 4 service men all on phones. I was asked did I have appointment then they'd be with me. Oil change was 2 hrs that's just crazy. No wonder I did jiffy lube for so long.. Offer coupons to customers!!
