I had a very pleasant experience here when I was helping my elderly mother get into a new-to-her car. Jonathan Martinez was a great salesman. He wasn’t pushy, he was patient, and he made my mom feel super comfortable. He had another newer salesman shadowing him (sorry I don’t remember his name), and he was also super polite, and respectful. Even the manager who came over to talk numbers was pleasant. This is the second time in a row that I got my car back from then after service & the tire valve stem caps were 'missing ' this is a very small problem; but... it exemplifies a critical lack of 'something ' (you fill in the blank) wbat would you recommend that I should do.??? I called the dealership & left a message for the service manager to call me back... crickets. Nothing... did I get blown off?? Or, what??? How would you rate this level of customer service???
