RecommendedI had a great experience with the dentist and her staff. I moved from up north and needed a dentist. I also knew I had several major issues to address with regard to crowns and root canals. Everything was explained well. My plan of attack to address all of my issues, including giving me all the costs up front , was put set up in stages. I had one crown taken care of... with no pain, awesome. Looking forward to having Dr Marino continue being my dentist.

Made it very clear I needed the exam and procedure done the same day. They made the appointment for 4pm then once I got in the office they tell me the my can only do the exam because they close at 5. Tried to explain it to the girl at the front desk and she just wanted to over talk me and contradict what was said over the phone.

No issue with dental care but the lack of scheduling consideration is driving this factual review. Just not good business practices. This office has rescheduled my appointment twice now just a few days before appointment was due. The same thing happened six months ago as well. I’m still waiting on records to be able to take care somewhere else. Also, declined additional work to be completed and been treated differently since. I prefer to pay for care for office that values my time as well.
I had 2 crowns on my front teeth done and my temporary crowns came off 3 times. When they put my permanent crowns in I told the dentist that they didn’t feel like they were down all the way. She disagreed. I had trouble with them for a year so I went back to have them redone. The assistant made me horrible temporaries. I had to attend a funeral and was so embarrassed I wouldn’t smile at all. I was a dental assistant for 32 years so I knew they were bad. was not told when making appointment for a cleaning it would be a 2 visit procedure..I have to take time off work and expected a cleaning..be more clear to patients..your just another dr milking the system with multiple appointments..I'm not coming back.
Service and techs were great. Quoted $3K for a cleaning and two cavity fills. That’s the cash price. Hate to think what they charge insurance companies. Guess now I know how my retired dentist friend can afford a penthouse in the tallest building in the keys.
