Vanessa was awesome with working with us. She and her coworkers were very attentive and knowledgeable with any questions with which we had.A lot of questions. Our puppy is very energetic and quite the character! My husband and I were very happy and please with the customer service we received!

I was impressed with several things...one of which was the cleanliness of the store (high on my list). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I went to meet a puppy and naturally fell in love. Vanessa was so nice to work with and I would highly recommend making an appointment with the store. When I called the day before regarding the puppy I was given all the info I requested, including a text with a photo of the puppy and I got several. I was so comfortable doing business with Puppy Boutique.

This place horrible, they don't even go here they don't finish the job. Now I have to waste more money to go to a other place for them to finish it. how in the hell are you going to start cutting a dogs hair with out the form they ask for ? ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE A MOZZLE FOR ANY DOGS . Thanks for making my dog look horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and your Communication sucks !!!!!! Hi, Zoey. I hear you and I am truly sorry for the negative experience. We take pride in our grooming and strive to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. Your dog bit our groomer three times before grooming even started. Most dogs do mellow down after some time, but your dog behaved differently. Our groomer started with clipping the body hoping he will calm down, but he managed to take the muzzle off and bit the groomer once again. Omg we are sooo in love with our new baby ! We've been to this location multiple times and loved the service so we knew when we were ready we would come back here . Vanessa was amazing she really guided us through everything and made us feel so welcomed ! I love this puppy boutique and not to mention Kathleen she remembered us the next time we came in to purchase a kennel it made us feel so special this is such a family oriented establishment . After searching for a few weeks, I found this website with the cutest puppies ever. I decided to make an appointment to see a few of the shih tzus they had, and I fell in love. My puppy was so calm inside the store, and that night we brought her home, her personality came out. She is a happy, healthy puppy.

Honestly I am not sure how this place got such good reviews. I visited it a few years back and it was the saddest place I had ever been. I thought that pet stores were no longer a thing. Apparently in Nevada they still are. All the poor puppies are locked in crates with urine and feces every place. I got to spend some time with an English Bulldog and I felt so bad for that little guy. He had no socialization and was just sitting in his own waste. Looked online yesterday and saw the beautiful puppies the puppy boutique had I quickly called and made an appointment went in at about 5pm looked at a couple of puppies and found the perfect sweetest little girl bichon frise she was really shy at first but next day in her FurEver home she's running around licking the baby and we lover her so much. Came home with a sweet Lhasa Apso puppy. Health, happy,and beautiful is a good description of this little gem. I had recently lost my mini schnauzer and I was nursing a hole in my heart the size of the moon. This puppy has been good "medicine ". The service at Puppy Boutique was excellent. I have special needs due to restricted mobility. The staff there made accommodations with a smile. I'm completely satisfied with their service. I highly recommend them if you are searching for a new fur baby.
