We are buying a gorgeous Maltese Poodle today. Went to several other locations and came right back. The store has very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Vanessa helped us find out new addition to the family today. She was more than willing to help. Appreciated all the help and knowledge she gave us. Definitely recommend coming in. There's soooooo many options also.

My son & I came to visit the puppy boutique to determine his allergy level! Joseph greeted us & paired us with the most adorable labradoodle! He was more than informative, he was attentive, & educated us both on the breed! I'd definitely recommend puppy boutique for new pet families!

Vanessa was awesome with working with us. She and her coworkers were very attentive and knowledgeable with any questions with which we had.A lot of questions. Our puppy is very energetic and quite the character! My husband and I were very happy and please with the customer service we received!

I was impressed with several things...one of which was the cleanliness of the store (high on my list). The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I went to meet a puppy and naturally fell in love. Vanessa was so nice to work with and I would highly recommend making an appointment with the store. When I called the day before regarding the puppy I was given all the info I requested, including a text with a photo of the puppy and I got several. I was so comfortable doing business with Puppy Boutique.

This place horrible, they don't even go here they don't finish the job. Now I have to waste more money to go to a other place for them to finish it. how in the hell are you going to start cutting a dogs hair with out the form they ask for ? ITS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE A MOZZLE FOR ANY DOGS . Thanks for making my dog look horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and your Communication sucks !!!!!! Hi, Zoey. I hear you and I am truly sorry for the negative experience. We take pride in our grooming and strive to ensure every guest leaves satisfied. Your dog bit our groomer three times before grooming even started. Most dogs do mellow down after some time, but your dog behaved differently. Our groomer started with clipping the body hoping he will calm down, but he managed to take the muzzle off and bit the groomer once again. Omg we are sooo in love with our new baby ! We've been to this location multiple times and loved the service so we knew when we were ready we would come back here . Vanessa was amazing she really guided us through everything and made us feel so welcomed ! I love this puppy boutique and not to mention Kathleen she remembered us the next time we came in to purchase a kennel it made us feel so special this is such a family oriented establishment .
