Our puppy LOVES it here!!! Rory is the anxious type, but they have worked to build her trust, and now she loves playing with all her new friends!! I especially love the "pupdates" you can request (extra cost but worth it to me), they include fun updates about her day, along with pictures/videos of her playing with friends. Every staff member I have interacted with is always friendly, and even recognizes our pup when we walk in!
We love puppy playground! We started bringing our boys there around a month ago and they (and we) have loved every second. After having a negative experience with another boarding facility in Indianapolis, we were weary of taking our rescue boys anywhere else. Puppy playground made us feel so comfortable, they were understanding that dogs have different temperaments and rescue dogs come from all different backgrounds. Puppy playground is the best! My dog Harlow NEVER wanted to leave when I’d come pick her up! And when I’d get her in the car in the morning to take her there, she would jump right in! (She’s too old to take now since she’s not spayed) but she certainly enjoyed her time there! The staff is extremely kind and helpful! They also have a great selection of toys. Treats, and collars available for purchase as well as fun photo opportunities! Thank you puppy playground!
Highly recommend this place for a good resource when you need a few hours or the day and don't want to leave your pup home alone. My huskies have some separation anxiety and chew things up if I have to leave them alone for more than an hour, so this will be a good alternative when we need it. Also, I think I would plan to use the puppy play ground more in the coldest weather so I can avoid freezing at the dog park when no one else wants to come out. Our fur baby, Toto, is always so excited to go here! At the end of the day, he is super tired and sleeps off during the ride back home. The staff is wonderful too! They know him by name, always happy to see him and take good care of him. They send cute pupdates as well! I totally recommend this place to anyone looking for doggie day care/boarding services.
