great dentist. he really takes care of me and our family. very different experience from other dentists i have been to. very thorough and knowledgeable. very kind. Oh. also he called me and my kids in the evening to check to make sure everything is ok. it surprised me. It was the first time any doctor called me. highly recommend him.
The best dentist in town. He is so gentle. I never feel his injection. Always call me the same night to see how i am doing. Highly recommend him. I referred many to him. All loved him and his staff.
Dr Rhee is by far the best dentist in town! I was able to get a appointment time that worked around my work schedule, and the whole experience was wonderful. Lovely staff, they were all so friendly and caring. And a beautiful hi tech office. Would recommend him to anybody seaching for a new dentist.
Awesome dentist . New office and very up to date with all the newest technology available . Very knowledgable and gentle dentist . Talks to you and tells you everything he is doing and why . Even personally calls you later on in the evening on his own time to check up on you to see how you are doing . I totally recommend him , my whole family thinks he is the best dentist they have ever gone to and everyone I have recommended to go to him have been very happy !!!!
I only saw the hygienist..Was bookes for a 3hour appointment. Was not made aware of this at booking time
I didn't realize that to have Dr. Alex check me would cost $38. after cleaning was done. That surprised me.
Some confusion re. Placing me in wrong room resulting in 20 minute delay. Not the first time.
Went expecting to have a first time patient appointment with cleaning &consult as advised on phone for $360, not the case, no consult or cleaning. Had advised twice on phone I have issues with mobility and getting there and needed it all done when my daughter was available to take me. Now have to make a return visit (which probably won’t be able to meet as I’m awaiting surgery). Neither hygienist or doctor even advised me who they were (no introductions). So for a first time, wasn’t that wowed.
At the initial meeting I provided my own X-ray and Dr. Alex Rhee after reviewing it said I needed an implant with sinus liftingI provided. He told me directly that the procedure would cost between $1500 and $5000. He then wanted me to do more X-ray which a week later I did at a cost $500. Then he sent in an assistant who told me there would be another $7200 to complete the work.
