Kari is AMAZING!!! She is the unsung hero and works in the background to make sure insurance will cover your infusions. She has been instrumental in working tirelessly in making sure prior authorizations get done. Not to diminish all the nurses (because of course they are also equally great)! Kari deserves a raise for the work she does in the background!!!!

I have been to Pure Infusion twice now and my experience has been great. The environment is nice and very comfortable. The staff is wonderful and made me feel so welcome and well cared for, checking in on me many times throughout my procedure. I highly recommend Pure Infusion for anyone needing this type of treatment!

All the staff is warm, welcoming and caring! They are very attentive with my needs throughout each visit. I can sure tell they enjoy their jobs which makes me comfortable and happy! The rooms are clean, cozy and serene. And I love my warm blanket and enjoy the snacks. The individual rooms are decorated warmly and it also makes me feel safe from catching someone else’s germs. Fabulous staff and most comfortable accommodations I’ve experienced in almost 20 years of infusions. Staff is so nice and nurses are wonderful….helpful, gentle, knowledgeable and make getting an infusion a pleasant experience. Highly recommend

The girls that work here are AMAZING! They are professional, efficient, and when you walk in, and the entire time you are there, they make you feel welcome, like you are a part of their family. I actually love going there and feel so comforted that I am being treated by caring professionals.

I walked into the office and was greeted very politely. The place was very clean and welcoming. I was taken back to my room which was set up to make you feel comfortable. Kathy came in and introduced herself and told me everything that would be going on. Kathy ask if there’s anything I needed she started the infusion and everything went well. I was lucky to meet a lot of the other staff and nurses. Sorry I don’t remember everybody’s names. Thank you for being so very welcoming..
