Staff was very friendly and helpful. They took time to explain everything in a professional manner and answered any questions that I had. Showed me around the facility and offered snacks. It made me feel like they cared about my health issues and wanted to help me. Since I use a walker, Wendy even walked with me to my car. The nurse ( sorry I forgot her name) took her time and explained the side effects of the medication before giving me the injection .

The staff are friendly and kind in a welcoming environment. The nurses seemed knowledgeable about the medication I was receiving. They made sure that I understood the possible side effects and what to be aware of. Also the center is well stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks. Overall it was a positive experience and would recommend to anyone who might need this service.

My experience at Pure Infusion Suites was exceptional. The team was welcoming and professional. I was given a tour of the facility and shown a beverage and snack area and encouraged to help myself. This just doesn’t exist in other medical facilities. The procedure was explained to me and I was asked if I had any questions prior to meeting with the nurse practitioner. Welcoming staff, well informed and willing to do requested research. Zoom consult went perfectly. All questions answered. And the shot was nearly painless. No reactions/symptoms. I recommend this facility.
