Everyone is very helpful.
Everyone at Pure Infusions was so welcoming and kind. I felt I was with my friends! It is a positive, happy place. They were very knowledgeable and made sure you understood and was well informed. They are great at what they do and everything went so smooth in my visit. It was truly one of the best medical visits I’ve ever had. Thank you staff at Pure Infusions.
Nurse Jen was excellent. She has such a pleasant attitude and explains everything pertaining to the appointment. She was so easy to communicate with and her interaction was very positive.I’ve never had any issues with anyone when I’ve had my appointments with Pure Infusion.
I had my insurance deny my infusion at the hospital on the night before. Pure Infusion was able to expedite my scheduling and get me in within 2 days. They were amazing to work with and made me feel like I was their only concern at the moment. Plus the snacks and beverages were great. Because my infusion was an all day procedure, they even ordered lunch for me. Thank you all so much for accommodating me and my crazy sisters.

Pure Infusion feels like a Day Spa, not like you are getting a medical treatment! The staff is friendly and kind. Private rooms are SO comfortable with a television and dimmable lights.
It was fine
In comparison to other infusion facilities, Pure Infusion is worlds apart. While others are business-like, sterile-like and cordial, Pure Infusion has a nice home feeling, greeted as if they know you personally, they answer all questions and make you feel at home in a private room with windows and large screen videos in the background. It was my first visit. I walked away very impressed. I highly recommend.
The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have never had to wait when showing up for a scheduled appointment. Very positive experience every time.
