I visited the Pure Infusion Suite for the first time this week. Kathy took my information and was very kind. I was very anxious about my visit but she was wonderful about reassuring me that I would be fine. Heather was the nurse who gave me the injection. She was an absolute delight! She was extremely professional and wonderfully friendly. I felt like I had known her for a long time! Thank you, Heather and Kathy!
I arrived early for my 10:30 a.m. appt, but was invited back to the infusion room shortly after sitting in the waiting area. Unlike many clients, I was only there for an infrequent injection rather than an infusion or a slow drip of an Rx into a blood vessel. Visited Pure Infusion Suites for the second time today and my experience was as great as the first. The staff is so nice and professional and the recliner in the room is very comfortable. Cathy was so kind over the phone and so helpful and sweet during my check in at the office. Mary was my nurse and so sweet and professional. Very positive experience.
Excellent experience. I was greeted by a pleasant, knowledgeable lady that made me feel important and comfortable. The nurse knew her stuff. She informed me about the medication i was to get and answered all of my questions quite well. I look forward to my return.
