Thank you for your TLC. As I walked into the center I was greeted with a sweet smile and hello and exited with a sweet smile and well wishes. The nurses were very professional and knowledgeable and worked efficiently. I am a very hard stick and Elsa Schroeder warmed my hand and arm before she attempted to stick; she got the needle into my arm first try. Yaaaay 🤗 Elsa’s demeanor was kind and caring and gentle.
