I have had two infusions with Pure in the past year. I am taking Prolia and Kati Whitlow has helped me both times with my appointments and scheduling. She is fabulous!! I had trouble getting my insurance coverage both visits and she stepped in for me and straightened things out and got me covered. She is really patient oriented and is super with delivering the best of customer service. Her kind of talent is hard to find .
