The tech wasn’t super friendly. Usually when you get a microdermabrasion, they do more than just the micro. That’s why they are expensive. This is a quick in and out treatment with just the machine and a quick mask. Not like a micro you would get at a salon or dermaspa. Felt like I wasn’t important since I had a Groupon. Like I said, super quick in and out.
This VI Peel was a great experience. Dawn was super informative and caring. Definitely plan on laying low for a week. Days 3-6 were my worst days but I would apply the supplied lotions and add a thick healing balm in between and that seemed to help the best for the drying and stinging. I’m at 3 weeks post peel now and I’m so happy with my purchase & that everyday my skin looks better and better.

Dawn was very nice and has a wealth of knowledge along with expertise in her field. My experience was enjoyable.
The woman there didn’t make me feel very comfortable, she was acting very much as a no it all and didn’t describe what she was putting on my face as she did it. I left feeling like I needed to wash my face... and get a facial. I won’t be back.
Dawn is amazing! She took time to explain everything to me and my microdermabrasion experience was great , my skin already feels rejuvenated.
