Ok but I won't use them again I was lead to believe that the process would be online only but then at the last second I had to go into a local branch, with inconvenient appointment options, to finalize the loan. The people in the office weren't the most polite. As some other reviewers have noted I also doubt they're going to let me pay ahead on the principal even though they said they would
