Good customer service Vivian was amazing! I almost didn’t go through with the loan because originally I had someone else call me before Vivian and the person wasn’t as nice or pleasant to talk to. But then Vivian called left a vm and sounded way more nicer made it a easy process answer all my questions.

Mark was excellent!! Very happy to work with him. Only took 2 days to process 3rd day was the final and I got my direct deposit.

Vacation loan Credit Karma said the odds were good of me getting a loan and it was after I filled out the application online. They called me within one hour to start the process

Easy. Yes the interest is ridiculous. But lets be honest. Those of us getting these loans probably don't have top notch credit. Aside from that they were prompt, helpful, transparent and understanding. Karen was my person, outof the Bakersfield office. She listened to my needs and went above and beyond to help and explain my options. It felt like I was talking to a friend.
