Slow inefficient start, but excellent after The startup process of applying and then supplying documents and waiting, is slow and inefficient. Upstart has a much smoother total process. BUT once you do get to speak to someone at One Main, they’re friendly and extremely helpful, and the process suddenly becomes efficient.

Wonderful experience This financial loan company was very helpful to me. The representative I spoke with was very informative, customer service was excellent, and when all documents I provided were verified, I was approved for my loan, which has been very helpful.

Very helpful and easy process! I wish the rate was better so minus one star for high rates but if you need a loan at least there is help available. The loan process was fast and easy and the loan officer was outstanding and very helpful! She walked me through every step.
