Ok First the woman insulted my service dogs which is like spapping me across rhe face then proceeded to tell my husband he had to leave .I have extensive ptsd the were not helpful with that. The girl in charge of the loan was nice and courteous but I sat alone for an hour as she ran in and out of room. This was my first financial experience in 15 years.
