Good printing quality and ease of use I am happy with printing quality and ease of use. So far I had no problems with this printer, so I have no idea how their customer support is.
Fast setup, very fast label printing I bought this item today at a local store after they price-matched Amazon. I took it to my office, (1) plugged in the power and USB cables, (2) went to the Brother website and downloaded their app installer, (3) clicked through the installation prompts without any modifications, and (4) started using it. Great printer, ql800 not for 4x6 Label makers works great and prints wonderfully. Easy set up and use. The program for it is simple and self explanatory. WILL NOT PRINT 4X6!! I had asked before buying if this worked with usps click n ship and was told yes...so i purchased........no it does not. And it was a big hassel to return it and the labels i bought.
