Works well, but the software is not user friendly This printer works well and prints very nicely. However, it has its own software which I have found to be a pain to work with and try to make labels with. This software is not user-friendly. I still have not been able to figure out what it can do. So, just be aware that the program has issues; otherwise, the hardware is good.

Great printer for a very specific task. Works very well for its advertised purpose; makes great name tags and other labels! Easy to install and simple to use. Software is very intuitive and doesn’t require extensive computer literacy.
Brother QL-800 Received the Brother QL-800 quickly. Set up was fast and I was printing within a couple of minutes. So far have printed about 100 labels works great.
Quality printer Quality little label printer
Does what it's supposed to do and does it well Needed a printer to print out USPS labels for Ebay sales. This does just that. It does it fast, it does it well. I didn't even install the printing software, just download the driver only from Brother and it was up and running. You can easily find the correct label sizes in MS Word and Ebay has an option to print out USPS labels in the larger size label that comes with the printer.
