We had to make a touch decision to put our family dog of 11+ years down. Not only did they immediately greet us and put us in a private room so we didn’t half to wait in the lobby with everyone on this sad day but they also were very comforting with the process. They gave my child a snack to keep him entertained while I said goodbye to my sweet fur baby. Flowers were delivered to my door the next day along with a sweet card with their condolences. We're snow birds and we take our pooch Lexi here. I am impressed with the caring quality of the vets and their professionalism. We've also boarded her here for short stays and I like that she can run around in the big yard.
Brought our pup here yesterday for an emergency check up and X-rays after she hurt her leg. The staff was warm and welcoming and the doc did a great job caring for our little girl and really spending time with us explaining her findings and providing us with treatment options. We really appreciate the care they provided and will definitely be bringing our dogs here more often as it’s clear they are passionate about their work!
This was our first experience with Quail Hollow Animal Hospital and we couldn’t be happier! Everyone was pleasant and especially kind to our 8-month old German Shepherd pup. We will certainly be keeping Quail Hollow as our primary vet.
