Don’t bring your fur babies to Qual Hollow Animal Hospital, and if you already are like me, it’s time to leave!! I’ve been going to Quail Hollow Animal Hospital for 6 years, but now I refuse!!! They almost killed my dog! These past two years have been the worst, they over book appointments, every checkup we wait an hour or longer after our appointment time in our car waiting for them to take our dog inside. My review used to be 5 star, until I started seeing a mobile vet. You see our dog Luna got sick, Quail Hollow vets insisted we do emergency surgery, that if we did surgery the she should be fine, $5,000 and 2 weeks later she passed away. A week or two after that our other dog was diagnosed with cancer. They wanted to charge $1,500. I told them we couldn’t afford that, we are still paying off the bill from the dog who died, could they recommend anyone else. I “thought” it was the animal that mattered not profit. The MOST EXPENSIVE animal care I've ever experienced being a responsible dog & animal owner for over 30 years. We put our dog on a Wellness Plan, which covers an anesthetic dental procedure, are told he's a level 2 (which is VERY good) & he likely would not need the procedure for another year. They recommend we go ahead and do it for "preventative" care & charge us nearly $300 extra for an "extraction" & follow up medications?!
