I have been dealing with quality carpets for over 20 years, and till this day they are as good as ever. I resently had my complete downstairs redone with hardwood floors.When the installers showed up they took there time covering up all my furniture and personal belongings.This was a 5 day job and there guys were GREAT.I recommend quality carpets to all my family and coworker,and everyone is always completely satisfied.You can never get the service from the big box stores like you can from a family owned business.Mike the ow... read more

Had ordered rugs and hardwood flooring from this place. Amir who walked me around the showroom gave me excellent advise in getting what i needed. Alex and his crew did the installing and man were they fast and neat. They made the whole experience so simple A+.
Mike and his guys did a great for us. They were very helpful in the store and the install went very smoothly. We've gone bacck and now had had them do three rooms for us.
I bought a whole house of new floors from the PROS at quality carpets.From the time i met the owners to the time the installers came to my home,THEY WERE GREAT!!
