Took my C205 Mercedes C63 to have them fix the bumper. Adam walked me through the process and potential additions that could be found and possibly fixed, luckily it was just one small piece. They did a great job and communicated well. I would’ve liked them to paint my other canard (which is sun dried) to match the new one that has a deeper black tone, but still good work! Would recommend.
We had the best experience with Quality Collision!! They took care of every single detail- explain how everything would work, who to contact and what all would take place. We did not have to worry about a rental car or dealing with anything insurance wise except getting a claim number. The expensive was very smooth and they went above and beyond taking care of us. In the end our car looks fabulous!!
Took my Tundra in for a paint job. The paint quality was just average—not great, not terrible. However, they didn’t reassemble everything properly. My door speaker wasn’t installed correctly, the window trim is misaligned, and the Tundra badge they removed is now very loose. Very disappointed. Don’t know if I would call this a quality service.
I will never take my car to this place again and will proactively strongly advise anybody against going here. Even if your car is totaled. They will find some way to make it worse. I would have paid them 2x to just not do anything. BACKGROUND I have a brand new car. 1.3k miles on it when I took it to them. Still has 1.3k miles. I’m so glad I chose to have my car repaired here after a minor fender bender. The process was made even easier because I made the claim through State Farm and Quality took care of all of the back and forth with the insurance company, including getting our rental extended when the repairs took a little longer than expected. They have the best customer service, and were so easy to work with.
