They're wonderful.
It really is a life changing system. We had water that I would just describe as so full of chlorine, minerals and other contaminates. It made bathing and drinking very unpleasant. We have had the system for two months now, and it is absolutely amazing how it has transformed our water and our lives.
I like and trust Costco. I wanted a water treatment system for my home. The brochure on the kiosk showed the smaller unit with three canisters. I was never told that I would get the big salt pellet canister for my home. I do not like that.
They provided excellent customer service.
