I was very pleased with the people they sent out here. They are very efficient, pleasant, and informative.
The sales representative, Todd Spivey, reviewed the water softener and RO product lines in sufficient detail while addressing my questions directly. He also addressed my wife's questions well, and explained the cleaning product line that was included in the offering. Todd was reassuring that the installation team would address my install concerns, which they did to my complete satisfaction. I'm well pleased and my wife is also with both the water softener and RO systems installed.
