Michael Jeffcoat was amazing! He explained every aspect of standby generator process, brands and many other options. We interviewed 6 companies total for this project and Quality Home Product was bay far the better pricing and offered more than one brand of generator. We signed on the dotted lines...many of them and will have our generator within 8 weeks.

Best experience ever for my generac generator installation from contract signing to install.
