They did a good job and worked quickly.
My overall was not bad, it turned that way once I have to make my 4th call to them about my system leaking. The customer service needs improvement. I would call and just get transferred without warning. The only rep that apologized was Trent. I was never rude or short with anyone, although I felt I had all right. I understand that is no way to get your point across. I feel like the situation was not dealt with correctly.

I have only had the product for a week now and I believe it was too expensive.
